Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At Decknote we take your privacy seriously. This document explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what control you have over it.

What data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email address when you sign up. Your password is always stored encrypted (hashed).
  • Content: the boards, lists, cards, comments and attachments you create in order to provide the service.
  • Technical data: the minimum information needed to keep you securely signed in.

How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the service: to authenticate you, show your boards, sync your team's changes in real time and send you notifications (for example, when you're assigned or mentioned). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Providers

To send emails (invitations and notifications) we use a third-party email provider. We only share with them the information strictly necessary to deliver the message.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your associated content. To exercise these rights, get in touch.
